In addition to our Fire Division, we pride ourselves on being the Premier Emergency Medical Services provider on the Mountain. The Heber-Overgaard Fire District covers a wide range (All Hazards) of emergency services for the Heber-Overgaard and surrounding area. This spans from EMS and fire to rescue and educational functions as well. Our service area for EMS covers the entire communities of Heber and Overgaard. We also service Chevelon Retreat, Airipine, and Antelope Valley. In addition to protecting Hwy 260 from MP 296 W. to MP 323 E, on the FS 504 road, our coverage extends out to WildCat Canyon. Then, going north on SR377, we cover MP 15, and going east on SR277, our coverage ends at MP 319. We also have mutual aid agreements with Forest Lakes Fire District, Snowflake/Taylor EMS, and Timber Mesa Fire & Medical.
